**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position: Mold Designer.**

1. Follow the designing SOP.

2. Complete the design as per time plan.

3. Once the preliminary design completed call for design review meeting with CFT members & update the changes accordingly in the design.

4. Create general assembly tool design in 3D (Solid works, CREO).

5. Create general assembly tool design in 2D (Solid works, CREO) for manufacturing.

6. Create 2D detail drawing for manufacturing & save it in MFG server.

7. Prepare & Release of BOM to planning, manufacturing and stores.

8. After completing the design fill up the design check list.

9. Attend the trials & modify the design if required as per the trial observation.

10. Any modification or revision take out the soft copy & hard copy from MFG server & update with new revision & communicate the team accordingly.

11. Maintain the documents as per QMS requirements.

**Required and Preferred Qualifications**

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering / Diploma in Tool & Making Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in precision mold design, with a strong portfolio of successful projects
- Proficiency in software such as Solid Works, CATIA, or AutoCAD
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

Preferred:

- Diploma in Tool & Die Making.
- Experience with precision Molds & manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with simulation software for tool performance analysis
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

**Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies**
- Expertise in CAD CAM software modelling and drafting techniques.
- Strong knowledge of materials science and tooling materials.
- Hands on experience in design of precision molds.

**Soft Skills**:

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
