**Title: Law Faculty**

Job Overview: The Law Faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and engaging students in the study of law. The role involves teaching various law courses, conducting research, providing academic support, and contributing to the overall academic and administrative activities of the law school or department.

**Responsibilities**:
**Teaching**:
2 -Create and update course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments.
3-Provide feedback, evaluate students' performance, and assign grades.
Encourage active student participation and foster an inclusive learning environment.

**Research and Scholarship**:
1-Engage in legal research and scholarship in areas of expertise.
2-Publish articles in reputable legal journals and other academic platforms.
3-Participate in conferences, workshops, and seminars to present research findings.

**Academic Advising**:
1-Mentor and guide students in their academic and career pursuits.
2-Offer support and advice on course selection, internships, and job opportunities.
3-Assist in resolving academic challenges faced by students.

**Institutional Service**:
1-Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and departmental activities.
2-Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and program enhancement.
3-Contribute to accreditation efforts and other institutional initiatives.

**Professional Development**:
1-Stay updated with current legal developments and advancements in teaching methodologies.
2-Attend professional development workshops and seminars to enhance teaching and research skills.

**Qualifications**:
Educational Background:
1-Equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
2-A Master's or Doctoral degree in Law or a related field (preferred).

Teaching Experience:
1-Prior teaching experience in law-related courses at the university level (preferred).
2-Demonstrated ability to engage students effectively and promote critical thinking.

Research and Publications:
1-A track record of scholarly publications in reputable legal journals.
2-Active involvement in legal research and contributions to the field.

Legal Practice (Desirable):
1- Practical experience as an attorney or legal practitioner is valued but not mandatory.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
1-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.

Salary
- 40k-45k Per month
