Tech stack would be: Java development with specific SAP Commerce/Hybris experience, knowledge about hybris local development
- As part of the scrum team, work with IT and other functions to understand their requirements and pain points and build the front end aspects of features to address them
- Hands on development skill on latest SAP CC/ Hybris platform version
- Implement SOLID software best practices and guidelines - J2EE and SAP CC best practices are well defined and industry standards, the BED resource should be knowledgeable and sound enough to follow the best practices.
- Responsible for developing back end features that would support SAP Commerce Cloud ecommerce jsp solution/functionality
- Working knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud platform and ability to develop and test SAP Commerce software code as directed by the project Technical Lead or Architect
- Demonstrated ability to understand technical documentation such as functional requirements and technical designs and translate these documents into working code
- Demonstrated ability to debug and troubleshoot issues with both existing and new code on the SAP Commerce platform

Qualification:

- B.S. Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent Experience
- Minimum 3 year of recent experience in web development and an eCommerce project
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in the SAP CC (Hybris)
- Basic understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) architecture
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented concepts and MVC paradigm
- Ability to maintain confidentiality as appropriate.
- Strong organization skills - scheduling, prioritizing, planning, tracking
- Working knowledge of automated unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Spock, Selenium)
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments

- Experience in HANA, MySQL, SQL Server and/or Oracle)
- JUnit framework
- REST/API services
- Web Developer Tools (e.g. Chrome, Firebug etc.)

- Version Control (Git and knowledge of Git work-flow preferred
- Knowledge of Cloud-based deployments
