**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct diagnostic tests and analyse samples (blood, urine, stool, etc.) as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of test results and patient data.
- Ensure proper sterilisation and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Collect, label, and store samples according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare and maintain an inventory of laboratory supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination or accidents.
- Assist in organising health camps and provide on-site diagnostic support.
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff and train them on lab protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in all laboratory operations.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Lab Technician, preferably in healthcare or NGO settings.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of pathological testing methods and standard protocols.
- Basic computer skills for recording and reporting test results.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
