**Instrument Sterilization and Preparation**:

- Operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, and sterilization ovens.
- Inspect, clean, and assemble surgical instruments and equipment.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of sterilized items.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels of sterile supplies and re-order as needed.
- Rotate stock and check expiration dates to ensure the availability of sterile supplies.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Perform regular quality control checks to ensure the effectiveness of sterilization processes.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to hospital and departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections.

**Equipment Maintenance**:

- Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot sterilization equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with biomedical technicians for equipment repairs and maintenance.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with surgical and nursing staff to provide timely and efficient sterile supplies.
- Assist in training new staff members and providing guidance on sterilization techniques and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
