**Role & Responsibilities**
- Perform general and laparoscopic surgical procedures (elective & emergency).
- Manage pre
- and post-operative patient care.
- Ensure compliance with NABH quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional clinical outcomes.
- Participate in departmental meetings, CMEs, and hospital quality initiatives.

**Qualification & Experience**
- MBBS with MS/DNB in General Surgery (recognized by NMC/MCI).
- 3-5 years of post-PG experience in a reputed NABH-accredited hospital.
- Proficiency in advanced laparoscopic techniques.
- Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
