**Job Description: Boys' Warden**

**Location**: AISECT Deendyal Upadhyay Kaushal Kendra, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand

**Responsibilities**:
**Residential Management**:Supervise and manage the residential facilities for male trainees.
Ensure a secure and disciplined living environment within the accommodation.

**Discipline and Punctuality**:Enforce and maintain discipline among male trainees.
Monitor and ensure punctuality in attendance, especially during classes and mess times.

**Student Engagement**:Engage with trainees to understand and address their concerns.
Encourage and promote a positive and inclusive living and learning environment.

**Mobilization and Admissions**:Actively participate in mobilization activities to attract new admissions.
Contribute to the admission process by showcasing the facilities and benefits of the center.

**Communication**:Communicate regularly with trainees to address any issues or grievances.
Liaise with the center management to provide updates on the residential aspects of the trainees.

**Requirements**:
Retired individuals are encouraged to apply.

**Discipline and Leadership**:Strong discipline and leadership skills.
Ability to instill a sense of responsibility and punctuality among trainees.

**Residential Management**:Experience in managing residential facilities or similar roles is an advantage.

**Communication Skills**:Effective communication skills to interact with trainees, staff, and management.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary.
- Accommodation and food will be provided by AISECT.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hazaribag, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
