**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage effective Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns to meet clients' advertising objectives.
- Develop compelling ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions.
- Perform audience research and targeting to reach the desired target audience for each campaign.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance, including bid management, ad placement, and budget allocation, to achieve optimal results.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest advertising trends, features, and best practices on Facebook/Instagram and Google AdWords.
- Manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
- Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports on key performance metrics to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers and copywriters, to develop effective ad creatives.
- Stay informed about industry changes and updates, sharing knowledge with the team and recommending innovative strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing Facebook/Instagram and Google AdWords campaigns.
- Proven track record of successfully running ad campaigns and achieving desired outcomes.
- Deep understanding of Facebook/Instagram ad platform, ad formats, targeting options, and campaign management tools.
- Familiarity with Google AdWords, including keyword research, ad creation, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present campaign results and recommendations to clients.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in client requirements and campaign objectives.
- Google AdWords and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
