**Responsibilities**:

- **Receiving and Verification of Stock**:

- Receive deliveries of purchased têxtiles (raw materials, finished goods, etc.).
- Unload parcels and shipments safely and efficiently.
- Verify the quantity and quality of received goods against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices.
- Identify and document any discrepancies, damages, or shortages in received stock.
- **Stock Purchase Entries**:

- Accurately and promptly enter details of received stock into the company's inventory management software/system.
- Ensure all relevant information, including product codes, quantities, batch numbers (if applicable), and purchase prices, is correctly recorded.
- Maintain organized records of all purchase receipts and related documentation.
- **Credit Note Processing**:

- Assist in the processing of credit notes related to returned or damaged purchased stock.
- Verify the details of returned goods and ensure accurate documentation for credit note issuance.
- Update inventory records to reflect returned stock and associated credit notes.
- **Parcel Coordination**:

- Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of various parcels within the warehouse.
- Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing parcels, ensuring proper tracking and delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers, internal departments, and logistics providers regarding parcel movements.
- **Warehouse Organization and Maintenance**:

- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Participate in stocktaking and inventory audits as required.
- Assist with the proper storage and arrangement of received stock.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all receiving and data entry activities.
- Prepare basic reports on received stock and data entry progress as requested.
- Ensure all documentation is filed and readily accessible.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Communicate effectively with the Purchase Department, Warehouse team, and other relevant departments regarding stock deliveries and discrepancies.
- Escalate any significant issues or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
- **Other Warehouse Activities**:

- Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Purchase Officer.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
