**About the job**

We are looking for a Fitness Coach who provides training and instruction of fitness programs to individuals and groups. The fitness instructor engages clients in exercise routines and weight loss programs, and helps them to reach their individual goals.

**Roles and responsibilities:

- **
- Identify the clients’ fitness level and health.
- Conducting initial consultations and evaluations of individuals.
- Providing guidelines to reduce or eliminate unhealthy behaviours.
- Developing and conducting seminars for clients and other employees.
- Developing health care plans tailored to each client's needs..
- Supporting clients in their recovery or rehabilitation.
- Building a positive client engagement
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to retain customers by upselling, cross selling and renewing programs..

**Requirements**:

- Certified in coaching, fitness or Physiotherapy ( Degree compulsory).
- Minimum of 1 + years of experience
- Knowledge of rehabilitation in various conditions will be preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and regional language.
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Listening skills, counselling skills, Customer empathy, Documentation, MS office. ( Having prior Sales experience will be added advantage)
- Willingness to work in shifts based on clients geographical locations.
- Should have a Laptop, mobile & stable internet connection

Job Mode : Remote

Preferred : Female

Language : ( English, Tamil ).

Salary : Ranging from 20-25 basic salary, plus incentives.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
