**Reports To**:Marketing Manager**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit raw video footage into engaging short
- and long-form content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, website, etc.)
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project goals and deliver visual narratives that reflect the brand
- Trim, rearrange, and enhance footage with transitions, titles, motion graphics, background music, and sound effects
- Maintain consistent branding, tone, and quality across all content
- Manage and organize video assets and backups
- Stay up to date with new editing trends, tools, and techniques

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio/reel required)
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
- Basic knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for impactful storytelling

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in the education or non-profit sector is a plus
- Skills in photography, graphic design, or animation are a bonus
- Knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi for editing regional content is desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,004.62 per month
