**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and evaluate suppliers to establish reliable and cost-effective sourcing.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with vendors to ensure favourable terms.
- Oversee the procurement process from purchase requisition to final delivery.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and furnishings to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate purchase records.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to understand material specifications and procurement needs.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on new materials, trends, and competitive pricing.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
- Address and resolve supplier-related issues to avoid project delays.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **1.5-2 years** of experience in procurement, preferably in **interior design**, construction, or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings used in interior design is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
