Critical Care Physician

**Location**: Sathyamangalam

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Critical Care / ICU
**Qualification**: MD / DNB in General Medicine / Anesthesia / Pulmonology with Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor critically ill patients in ICU.
- Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and ventilation management.
- Provide round-the-clock ICU coverage and support for acute medical emergencies.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other specialists for integrated patient care.
- Participate in daily clinical rounds and update patient records accurately.
- Supervise and guide resident doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff in ICU.
- Ensure infection control and adherence to hospital protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients’ families and provide clinical updates.

- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in critical care medicine.
- Expertise in handling ventilators and advanced life support equipment.
- Excellent decision-making and leadership abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
