**Job Description**:
Responsibilities:
- Execute on training plans for Order Processing, Collections, Cash Applications, Inbound/Outbound calls and other tools/processes (e.g. GetPaid).
- Design and develop training programs (in-house).
- Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques.
- Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials.
- Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.
- Participate on weekly calibration calls.
- Keep a training log for future reference
Required
- 2-3 years Training and Curriculum Development experience.
- Experience in a global multi-national corporation shared service center or BPO highly desirable.
- Bachelor Degree at minimum.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
- Solid time management skills.
- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the company.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
