**About the Role**:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented _Product Designer (UI/UX)_ to join our team. You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance the digital experience of our products. As a key part of the design team, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design seamless, visually appealing, and functional interfaces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights for improving product design.
- Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences that align with business goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer**.
- Develop and maintain **design systems and component libraries** for consistency across products.
- Work closely with **product managers, engineers, and marketing teams** to bring designs to life.
- Provide clear design specifications and assets for developers to ensure smooth handoff.
- Participate in **design critiques, feedback sessions, and agile development processes**.
- Conduct **A/B testing and usability evaluations** to improve design performance.
- Continuously refine and iterate designs based on feedback and **user behavior analytics**.
- Ensure UI designs align with **brand identity, accessibility standards, and best practices**.
- Create engaging visual elements, illustrations, and animations to enhance user experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools**.
- Strong understanding of **user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing**.
- Knowledge of **design systems, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards**.
- Experience working in **agile teams** and collaborating with developers.
- Strong **problem-solving and analytical thinking skills**.
- Excellent **communication and storytelling skills** to present design decisions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **motion design and micro-interactions**.
- Familiarity with **HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts**.
- Prior experience in **SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or B2B/B2C products**.
