- Supervise kitchen staff and assist in training junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to **food safety and hygiene regulations**.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across all restaurant outlets.
- Work under pressure in a **fast-paced kitchen environment** while ensuring quality control.
- Collaborate with management to update the menu based on **seasonal ingredients and customer preferences**.
