Min 2 years of core Fasion Designing Experience required for this Position.

1. Oversee the coordination between designer and the production team to ensure timely production and delivery of high end fashion products.

2. Identify the requirement of the clients to ensure their needs.

3. Communicating with the tailors to ensure that they understand their tasks to perform.

4. Provide expert advice and suggestions to tailors on fitting options and measurements, both virtually through online platforms and in-person consultations.

5. Create detailed flat sketches of outfit designs using design software or by hand, ensuring accuracy and clarity in conveying design elements.

6. Nurture the strong relationships with the clients to foster collaboration and ensure a diverse range of offerings for our manufacturing unit.

7. Create daily report to track the regular activities and the development, also share reports with the MD of the organization daily.

**Qualifications**

1. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to connect with the clients.

2. Knowledge of B2B.

3. Core Knowledge of Fabrics.

4. Digital Illustration, Drawing, and Painting skills on software.

5. Leadership Skills.

6. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.

7. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field.

8. Experience in Western or Indo Westren Outfit are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
