**Influencer Identification and Outreach**:

- Research and identify potential influencers aligned with the brand's target audience and values.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers through effective communication and negotiation.
- **Campaign Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with the brand's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing strategies.
- **Content Creation and Coordination**:

- Work closely with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with the target audience.
- Coordinate the delivery of assets, product samples, and information to influencers as needed.
- **Performance Tracking and Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- **Compliance and Contracts**:

- Ensure influencer partnerships comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Draft and manage influencer contracts, ensuring all parties understand and adhere to agreed-upon terms.
- **Stay Current with Industry Trends**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, social media updates, and emerging platforms to continuously improve influencer marketing strategies.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
