AS-IN-Vadodara **Job Description and Qualifications** Job Description Summary - Designer - Piping & Layout - **Job Description**: - 3d Modelling of Equipment, Pipe supports in 3d environment. Piping for various equipment like column, air coolers, pumps, exchangers, horizontal vessels, etc. in 3D environment using software like S3d. Detail Engineering including work instruction preparation, Equipment and piping layout preparation for 3D modeling. Review and comment vendor equipment documentation within the discipline and from other disciplines for compliance with project requirements, and actively seek discrepancy resolution. Resolving comments of model reviews Preparation of Isometrics from 3D model and releasing for fabrication and construction. MTO takeoff activities. Scheduling isometrics on weekly basis Checking & Preparation of GAD. Bill of Material estimation & control and keep a check on Inch-dia increment. Co-ordination with other disciplines for relevant design interfaces.
