Designation: Immigration Counselling & Sales Office Location: Mumbai - Bandra, AndheriPosition description: We are looking for an enthusiastic inside sales consultant to advise and guide clients about their overseas options & our services.

If you love sales, this is the perfect job for you. Position Description:As an Inside Sales Consultant at Y-Axis, you will play a crucial role in our customer acquisition and sales efforts. With over 1+ Lakh enquiries each month, you will be responsible for counselling potential customers who are seeking overseas education or immigration services.

Meet assigned targets for customer acquisition, revenue generation, and other relevant metrics by setting clear goals and executing effective sales strategies.

Demonstrate effective communication skills to convey complex information concisely, while actively listening to customer needs.Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues promptly and deliver exceptional customer service.

Comfortably use computers, the internet, and online communication tools for efficient interactions with customers.Display a sales-oriented and target-driven attitude, actively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

Foster positive relationships and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.Exhibit an outgoing and positive personality, with a passion for continuous learning and growth.

Required work experience Role: Immigration/Education Counseling & any Sales Years of experience: 1 to 10

Required Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Familiarity with computers and the internet. Sales oriented and target driven attitude Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow. Team skills and strong relationship building skills.

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
