Position Overview
- **Role**: Graphic Designer
- **Employment**: Full-time
- **Work Type**: On-site (no remote/hybrid)
- **Location**: Bangalore, Karnataka
- **Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Work Days**: Monday to Saturday
- **Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹27,000/month (based on experience and skill)
- **Portfolio**: Behance link mandatory (Google Drive accepted if not available)
- **Relocation**: Must be willing to **relocate near the Bangalore office**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design graphics for social media, presentations, brochures, banners, pitch decks, and internal branding.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and AI content teams for regular design tasks.
- Maintain brand consistency and meet project-specific requirements.
- Use:

- **Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator** (mandatory)
- **InDesign & After Effects** (preferred)
- **Canva** for quick-turnaround tasks
- **AI tools** like Midjourney, Firefly, and Leonardo.ai
- Follow structured feedback and revision workflows.
- Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Keep up with visual design trends and AI-enhanced workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of hands-on graphic design experience** (agency or brand-side).
- Strong proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator**.
- Good understanding of **layout, typography, and color theory**.
- Bonus:

- Familiarity with **Figma**:

- Experience using **Canva** and AI tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual range (**Behance required** or Drive link).
- Clear communication, attention to detail, and time management.

Compensation & Benefits
