**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**: ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy (or related field)
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in solar installation/service (Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply)
- **Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and batteries.
- Basic electrical fault finding and wiring skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and user manuals.
- **Other Skills**:

- Good communication and customer handling skills. (Hindi & Panjabi)
- Ability to work independently and at heights.
- Must be open to travel for fieldwork and site visits

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
