**Job Summary**:
Accountable for the daily activities associated with timely and accurate processing of IC payroll, and related inputs using the enterprise SAP/other payroll tools and system.

**Major Responsibilities**:
**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- ** Basic Qualifications**:

- Must have legal right to work in New Delhi, India without sponsorship
- Ability to read, write, and speak English at an intermediate proficiency level
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with a major in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of applicable payroll work experience, preferably of International Payrolls and related compliances.
- ** Other Preferred Qualification**:

- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Payroll and General Ledger accounting systems, processes, and controls
- SAP Payroll system experience
- Ability to work on MS-Excel for various ad-hoc analysis activities
- Conversant with payroll tax and social security rules and regulations
- Experience with a large multi-national corporation and multi-country overseas payroll processing
- Able to efficiently organize work activities to meet daily and weekly deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-starter able to use sound business judgment in carrying out assigned tasks
