Position Title: Executive - Export

**Job responsibility**
- Coordination with overseas customers on Purchase Orders, Payments, Deliveries, Quoting Inquiries etc.
- Follow-up and coordination internally with the plant & externally with the customers
- Establishing & strengthening customer relationship
- Handling customer complaints via coordination with QA Effective contribution of inquiries into successful order closures.
- Responsible for achieving functional and organizational goals
- Ensuring proactivity to offer guidance and help fellow colleagues

**Skills Required**:
Should be proficient in the following skills
- Fast learning, MS office, customer centricity, strong interpersonal relationship, presentation and communication. Should be comfortable for 3 years service agreement. Should be comfortable travelling to the plant once a week.
- Knowledge of Export, International Marketing, Good Communication Skills,
- Having the knowledge of analyzation of Export Data

Max ctc budget : 30000 to 35000

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- export: 5 years (preferred)
- total work: 7 years (preferred)
