Invest in us and we’ll invest in you; if you are driven, committed and up for a challenge, we want to meet you. **Job Description**: As part of our ambitious plans for Version 1 to be the leading Cloud Transformation and Digital Engineering company in the UK and Ireland (with planned expansion into additional geographies) we are looking to appoint market leading talent that can help accelerate our business growth with both Microsoft and AWS. To that end we will be establishing a Partner Hub for Microsoft, AWS and Oracle. These Hubs are Version 1’s Centres of Excellence with a full accountability for the development of Version 1 strategic direction with each partner including agreement of business plan and strategic collaboration agreements, investments in scaling and accelerating our growth together, articulating the roadmap and innovations we are working together on and leading the collaboration and communication of our partner initiatives across the company and to our customers on a regular basis. **Role** As a Partner Operations Administrator, you will support the Partner Hubs and our Delivery organisation in promoting and maintaining Version 1 as the partner of choice in Microsoft, AWS and Oracle for our strategic ISP’s. Reporting to the Partner Operations manager, you will deliver on the following key responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities** - Work closely with commercial teams to understand and drive partner funding initiatives through to a successful conclusion. - Responsible for maintaining a Funding Automation solution. - Responsible for ensuring that funding submissions are progressed to funding drawdown. - Responsible for development and maintenance of a Partner Performance dashboard and closely monitor consumption & rebate revenue and communicating issues to the Hub Leads. - Assist in the identification & follow through to achieving partner accreditation and certification opportunities that underpin and endorse our offerings. - Responsible for maintaining a schedule of partner accreditation and certification audits and communicate the requirements for same to the Heads of Partner Hub and the wider organisation. - Responsible for the successful execution of the partner accreditation and certification audits. - Responsible for maintaining the employee certification dashboard. - Responsible for the successful operation of the Partner portals. - Responsible for ensuring that the Partner Marketplaces are refreshed regularly with our offerings. - Responsible for monitoring and analysing partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Responsible for updating the Partner Operations Consultant runbook. - Responsible for the management of the partner portals, supporting the commercial teams with deliverables whenever required. - Contribute to reporting and business reviews with senior management teams. - Identify and communicate forthcoming Expertise and key Certification expiry dates with Practice ensuring action plan in place to remedy. - Work with Practice teams to establish quantity of annual Learning Subscriptions required and manage renewal process. - Act as an intermediary between the Talent Development team and Practice to coordinate Employee Certification requests and Exam Voucher distribution. - Submit new Customer Success Stories on Partnership Portal once criteria has been validated. - Educate the wider Version 1 business on Partnership requirements and end to end process to maintain expertise accreditations. - Contribute to Commercial Operations tasks depending on availability. **Qualifications**: **Qualifications** - Experience in the technology industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and identify trends. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Automation mindset, challenging the standards and being an advocate for change. - Experience with Service Now, Power BI and Power Automate desired. - Experience with Microsoft, AWS and Oracle partner portals advantageous. - Ability to interpret and manage complex spreadsheets and reports to best present the information to the senior management team. - Ability to communicate and drive actions from Senior Management team. - Busines
