**Salary**: 20,000 - 30,000/- per month. (On Target Earnings)

Language Proficiency : Excellent English & Hindi speaking skills with Intermediate Punjabi (Preferable)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executives to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our school's programs and services through outbound calls, attending inbound calls, make follow up calls. Your goal will be to generate interest and ultimately drive enrollment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls, follow-up calls, attend inbound calls of prospective students and their families.
- Provide detailed information about our school's programs, admission requirements, curriculum, facilities, and extracurricular activities.
- Answer inquiries and address any concerns or objections raised by prospective students and their families.
- Generate and Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, events, and inquiries.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead conversion and enrollment.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiasm to learn new things and give it the best shot.
- Ability to empathize with prospective students and address their concerns effectively.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
