9. Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues, discrepancies, or problems encountered during blood banking processes. Implementing corrective actions and making recommendations for process improvements as necessary.

10. Continuing education and professional development: Staying up-to-date with the latest research, advancements, and best practices in blood banking through ongoing education and professional development activities. Attending training programs, workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance knowledge and technical skills.
