**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using Azure to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Oversee the configuration and management of load balancers to distribute network traffic efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy infrastructure projects that align with business goals.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates to maintain system integrity and security.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for infrastructure management.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions to safeguard critical data.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure solutions.
- Participate in on-call support rotation to address any critical infrastructure issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong expertise in Azure with a proven track record of designing and implementing cloud solutions.
- Have extensive experience in configuring and managing load balancers for optimal network performance.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
- Show strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management.

- Have a proactive approach to system monitoring and maintenance.
