Marketing Visual Designer

Ecolab is seeking a **Visual Designer** to support our **Global Business Solutions (GBS+)**team.

Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services, is seeking a graphics designer experienced in aligning creativity to purpose to join its Creative Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a visual design professional to help grow and strengthen the culture of Ecolab’s shared services group (GBS+) locally in Pune and internally around the world.

As a **Visual Designer**, you will use design principles, technologies, and techniques to create visual concepts and communications assets that will help the Ecolab engage associates worldwide through a compelling visual story. Additionally, you will have the chance to work with our global, regional and GBS+ communications teams to drive alignment and understanding of key strategic and change initiatives, inspiring associates at a global scale.

**What you will do**:

- Ensure consistent visual design language and branding from a design perspective for all delivered assets.
- Empower local internal communication initiatives through design assets that align with the company’s values and culture.
- Use design as a tool to convey information, evoke emotion and engage the audiences across multiple communications initiatives.
- Design visual assets for employee engagement campaigns, events, and communication programs by utilizing Adobe suite of products, Powerpoint and other tools and resources.
- Help to organize, facilitate and provide visual design support for townhalls, leadership talks and other key employee communication touchpoints.
- Contribute to global communications campaigns, content development and communication rollouts.

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Visual Design, Graphics, Communication Design or a related field
- 5+ years of related professional experience
- A global mindset and/or experience working as part of a global team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with concurrent and changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal and comprehension skills
- Ability to develop engaging visual assets that are aligned with the communication requirements presented
- Fluency in using visual/graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Powerpoint, etc.
- Strong business acumen, with an interest in both learning and communicating about complex topics
- Critical listening skills and the ability to translate ideas, feedback and thoughts into action/content
- Ability to use data and research to drive decisions and prioritization
- Experience in corporate communication and video editing/production activities is a plus
- Fluent in English
