Melting in Charge

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the melting department plan, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day melting operations.
- Design and manage the melting process for efficiency and effectiveness with each product.
- Monitor charge materials, melting parameters, and metal temperatures to ensure metallurgical specifications.
- Organize production according to demand requirements and production schedule.
- Manage and collaborate with team members in the department.
- Ensure timely maintenance of furnace and associated equipment in coordination with the maintenance team.
- Implement and maintain safety procedures and practices for high-temperature operations.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and statutory regulations related to melting operations.
- Document and update procedures according to standard requirements.

Pay: ₹325,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
