Introduction:
Trade and Transaction Reporting (TTR) IT provides technology solutions to meet the firm’s regulatory reporting obligations for its derivative businesses. The group reports both listed and OTC derivative products to global regulatory bodies, including the CFTC, SEC, FSA, JFSA and regulators in India, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore, with special focus on the derivatives reporting required under the Dodd-Frank act and MIFID regulation.
This individual will be responsible for the test deliveries within Trade and Transaction Reporting Team (TTR) to meet our regulatory deliverable responsibilities.

What we’re looking for:

- This role requires hands on development for building utilities and test automation framework, plus some overall planning/estimation responsibilities and Stakeholder Management.
- Be confident in making decisions with regards to development scope, timelines, quality and risk. Communicate all decisions to stakeholders and escalate issues to Management in a timely manner.
- Identifying requirements from project documentation, liaise with BA’s and PO’s in order to develop a solution.
- Ensure solution is tested against requirements and validate that the solution is fit for purpose and supports the full end-to-end client business process.
- Interacting with SQL server database for verification and validation of all Backend operations.

Skills that will help you in the role:
ï‚- Good hands on with python version 3 and above and multi-threaded code
ï‚- Good understanding of python project structure and its execution of tests with pytest
ï‚- Understanding of various Python libraries and hands on experience on data structures and various associated operations.
ï‚- Experience in db connectivity, file manipulation with different types like excel, json, yaml, xml
ï‚- Proficient in SQL and backend testing
ï‚- Self-motivated and assertive
ï‚- Investment Banking knowledge will be an advantage.

What will you be doing?

ï‚- IT Related Bachelor’s Degree and formal certifications in the languages / Dev tools listed above
ï‚- Experience of CI Solutions/Tools - e.g. GIT, Team City, Maven, subversion
ï‚- Good to have experience of developing code using Core Java, XML technologies.
ï‚- Good working experience on Java, Unix, Perl/Shell Scripting, Perl/SQL Server databases
ï‚- Some trouble-shooting and diagnostics capabilities.
