**Qualification**

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Arts and Communication with Major in Graphics, Visual Designing, Mass Communication, or related field

**Experience**

At least 3 years of proven experience as a Video Creation and Graphics Design in a product marketing or advertising agency

**Industry / Domain Knowledge**
- Proficient in design software and tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, or other web design tools is a plus

**Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities)**
- Design and produce graphics and visuals for print and digital media, such as brochures, flyers, banners, logos, infographics, videos, and web pages
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and sales team to understand the requirements and specifications of each project
- Conceptualize and create original and innovative designs that reflect the brand identity and value proposition of our ERP products
- Use design software and tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc., to create high-quality graphics and visuals
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of design elements, such as colors, fonts, images, layouts, etc., across all media platforms
- Test and optimize graphics and visuals for different devices and browsers
- Revise and update designs based on feedback from stakeholders and clients
- Manage and organize design files and assets in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in graphic design

**Work Timings**

This job involves working from Bangalore Office: 10:30am to 7:30pm

**Mandatory Skills**

**Salary Package / CTC Range**

For 3 years’ experience Rs. 4 - 6 Lakhs per annum
