**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Tender Typist** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for typing, formatting, and preparing tender documents for submission, ensuring they are accurate, clear, and in compliance with the specified requirements. You will collaborate with various teams to gather necessary information, compile supporting documents, and ensure timely submission of tenders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Tender Documentation Preparation**:
- Accurately type and format tender documents, ensuring that all information is clearly presented and compliant with the tender specifications.
- Proofread and check documents for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors before submission.
- Ensure all necessary documents are included with tenders, including contracts, specifications, and other required paperwork.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**:
- Enter data and compile relevant information into tender documents, including pricing, schedules, and legal terms.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all tender documents and related correspondence, both electronic and paper-based.
- Update tender documentation regularly to reflect the latest changes or additions as required by the tendering authorities.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:
- Work closely with the tendering team, project managers, and other relevant departments to gather required information for tender submissions.
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations, technical specifications, or other supporting documents needed for tenders.
- Assist in coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely preparation and submission of tenders.
- **Quality Control**:
- Ensure the quality of all typed and formatted documents, making sure that they meet the company's standards and client expectations.
- Double-check the completeness of tender submissions to avoid missing documents or data.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all tender-related information.
- **Timely Submission**:
- Ensure that tenders are completed and submitted on time, meeting all deadlines specified by the client or tendering body.
- Coordinate with the procurement or tender management team to confirm submission formats, deadlines, and other requirements.
- **Miscellaneous Support**:
- Assist in maintaining records of past tenders and outcomes for future reference.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent; a certificate in office administration or typing is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, document preparation, or a similar role (**preferably in tendering or procurement).**:
- **Skills**:
- Proficient in typing with a high level of speed and accuracy.
- Typing speed of 70 WPM mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex documents.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of tendering processes and terminology is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
