**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and assess students’ progress through assignments, projects, quizzes, and exams.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students regarding their performance and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student grades, attendance, and progress.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Contribute to the development and refinement of the computer science curriculum to ensure it reflects current industry standards and technological advancements.
- Adapt instructional materials and methods to address the varying learning styles and abilities of students.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to handle student behavior and create an organized and conducive learning atmosphere.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide additional support and resources to students who may need extra help or have specific learning needs.
- Encourage and motivate students to develop their skills and interest in computer science and technology.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress, academic performance, and any relevant issues.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events related to computer education.
- **Professional Development**:

- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with technological advancements, educational best practices, and teaching methodologies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and strategies for enhancing computer science education.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field is also required.
- **Certification**:

- Valid teaching certification or license for computer education at the senior secondary level (specific to the region or country).
- **Experience**:

- Experience with programming languages, software development, and other relevant technologies.
