**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive engagement.
- Create and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Content, InMail, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Analyze LinkedIn analytics to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content tailored to LinkedIn’s audience, including posts, articles, and multimedia content.
- Manage LinkedIn company pages and employee advocacy programs to amplify brand messages.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and recommend strategic adjustments as needed.

**Desired Skills**:

- Lead and mentor a team of LinkedIn marketing professionals.
- Deep knowledge of LinkedIn's advertising tools, analytics, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging content.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other LinkedIn tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with other social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
