Job Responsibility of Store CashierDaily

Report Review:
a) Preparing DSR & Sending the details to Head office with Supportings i.e.,EDC Settlement report, UPI Payments

b) Sales report

c) Invoicing & E way Bill

d) Entering Petty cash vouchers verified by HOD & Reconciling the sales cash depositing the same to the bank.

e) Raising credit note & Maintaining approval for the same.

Monthy reports:
a) Sample Register

b) DC Tracker

c) Sales report

d) Sundry debtors report age wise

e) Stock Reconcilation

f) EBITA

g) Gift Voucher report

h) Advance from customers report

i) Reconcilation of Head office accounts with branch

j) Helping for Preparing GSTR-1

k) Report for Promotional offers & Discount Percentage given to customersl) Follow up regarding payment with finance & B&M for products picked by management to bill and close the same in store system

m) Followup regarding cheque deposits with finance to release the product once cheques are cleared

n) Attendance mail to be shared with HR 2x monthly

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
