**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Alter Domus is currently seeking a Business Analyst/Technical Project Manager to join our global workflow centre of excellence, focusing on Pega Systems as the underlying workflow engine.

**Job Responsibilites**:

- Run various projects of varying complexity and size simultaneously, this entails:

- Work with Business Operations teams and Process Owners to identify opportunities to improve the current business process workflows to add value to both the Client and the Business Operations Team
- Work with the Lead BA/PM to get the opportunities prioritised and planned into the Product Roadmap
- Be responsible for mid & low level delivery plans
- Document business requirements and system requirements in ADO
- Active participation in the 'Amigo' requirements refinement sessions
- Undertake UAT for you projects/changes
- Provide support to the business teams following deployment to Production
- Support the Change Management team by attending workshops or Client demos

**Your Profile**:

- Business Analyst who can demonstrate at least 3 year's experience of working on high pressured finance projects and articulate the value they added
- Be able to work with ambiguity and a mínimal brief
- Be confident and able to take the initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven capability of building strong stakeholder relationships
- Excellent problem solving capabilities and be able to resolve in a pragmatic way
- Be focused and proactively able to drive results over the line
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proven capability of working both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
- Proactive learning style, highly inquisitive with a curious attitude
- Practical understanding of SDLC
- Experience in delivering projects in Pega advantageous
- Experience with Azure DevOps advantageous.
