We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand identity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality graphics for various marketing and communication materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including brochures, banners, social media posts, and website graphics.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Translate concepts into visual elements based on brand guidelines and design principles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Review and provide feedback on design drafts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure the proper execution of designs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
