We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Intern to help expand our reach and accelerate growth. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-6 months of experience in sales or marketing who are eager to contribute to the success of a fast-growing content writing agency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage in direct outreach to prospects, initiating conversations and effectively understanding their needs and requirements.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized communication and regular follow-ups, utilizing insights from cold calls.
- Tailor solutions to meet the unique needs and objectives of prospective clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of their challenges.
- Plan and coordinate outreach efforts, setting up discussions and appointments between potential clients and account managers.
- Facilitate smooth collaboration between the sales and account management teams to ensure a unified client engagement approach.
- Keep detailed records of outbound lead interactions, including cold calls and scheduled meetings, and report these on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Provide regular updates on outbound sales activities, lead conversion rates, and meeting outcomes to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to improve cold-calling and outreach strategies.
- Strive to meet and exceed sales targets by consistently generating qualified leads through proactive cold calling and outreach.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-6 months of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in both written and verbal English.
