**Key Responsibilities**:

- **
Solution Design**: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand Finance team /management team requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. Design scalable and sustainable solutions that align with industry best practices.
- ** Configuration and Customization**: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules to meet Finance team & Management team needs
- ** Data Migration**: Plan, execute, and oversee data migration activities, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- ** Testing and Quality Assurance**: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and reliability of implemented solutions. Identify and resolve any issues or defects that arise during testing.
- ** Training and Documentation**: Provide end-user training and create user documentation to ensure effective adoption of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solution. Address user questions and concerns to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
- ** Project Management**: Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- ** Support and Troubleshooting**: Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance to Finance teams, addressing any issues or inquiries related to the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solution.
- ** Stay Current**: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and related technologies. Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
