**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Research and Outreach**:

- Identify and research potential influencers that align with our brand values and target audience.
- Assist in developing influencer outreach strategies and communication plans.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely content delivery and adherence to campaign guidelines.
- Monitor and track campaign progress, including deliverables and deadlines.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Help review and edit influencer-generated content to ensure it meets brand standards.
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms and marketing materials.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns using metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Prepare reports and provide insights on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain organized records of influencer communications, contracts, and campaign details.
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to influencer marketing as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media and influencer marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience or internships in marketing or social media is a plus, but not required.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
