The Role

Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Supports global procurement activities and tasks that are not sourcing specific.
- Involves several job role specialties such as business operations, policies and practices, global compliance, client services bid management, supplier contract development and negotiation in support of complex services engagements.
- The Market Leader role involves overseeing and managing the entire procurement process within the given market.
- This includes identifying, sourcing, negotiating, and procuring the goods and services needed to support the organization's operations.
- The Market Leader is responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with overall global procurement's goals and objectives, and for ensuring that the procurement process operates efficiently and effectively.
- This includes managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures, and monitoring procurement performance to identify areas for improvement.

Who You Are
- Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

- Deep Expertise in Procurement and having cross commodity knowledge.
- Should have been a seasoned people manager.
- Understand the control aspects.
- Although Market Leader works closely with Business until Leaders (including Sales, Solution, Delivery) and, at the same time, Market Leader also required to work closely with other function.
- Such as operations, finance, CE, Q2C, Marketing, and legal, to ensure that procurement activities are aligned with the organization's overall strategy.
- Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

- Should have end to end sourcing knowledge and have contract management skills.
- Should have good know how of the market and intelligence on the new age products.
