**Join our Team as a Partner Support Advisor (Operations)**:
**Location: Gurgaon**:
**Hours: UK Shift**:
**About the role**:
**What makes you a great fit**:

- Experience within a Customer Services environment
- Experience dealing with difficult customers
- Experience of working within the telecoms industry (not essential)

**Key responsibilities**:

- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm polite manner
- Completion of routine administrative duties
- Monitor and report on business impacting issues relating to key accounts
- Liaising with internal and external auditors and dealing with irregularities as they arise
- Work on several tasks at once and prioritise own workload as operationally required
- Training new and existing colleagues
