**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design, develop, and update data science course materials, including lectures, hands-on exercises, projects, and assessments.
- Ensure that the curriculum covers essential topics such as data analysis, machine learning, statistical methods, data visualization, and big data technologies.
- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both online and in-person, that cater to a diverse range of learners.
- Utilize various instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles and foster a collaborative learning environment.
- **Mentorship and Support**:

- Provide one-on-one and group mentorship to interns, assisting them with their projects, assignments, and career guidance.
- Offer continuous support and feedback to help interns achieve their learning goals.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate intern performance and comprehension.
- Provide constructive feedback to intern to guide their improvement and development.
- **Industry Engagement**:

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data science.
- Incorporate real-world examples and case studies into the training materials to enhance the practical relevance of the course content.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Gather feedback from students to identify areas for course improvement.
- Regularly review and refine training materials to ensure they remain current and effective.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the Gradtwin team to align training programs with the company’s goals and vision.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 0-6 Months of experience in data science, with a strong understanding of data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.
- Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in a corporate or academic setting.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in data science tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, and relevant data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar platforms.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills..
