**About the Role**

We at Favcy are looking for a Content Writer intern to join our VB (Venture Builders) office team and enrich the quality of content online on our knowledge management platform with some riveting writing.
Improving the reports along with managing an active community of content writers.

The writer’s responsibilities would include ideating and writing content for our knowledge management platform by conducting thorough research on our in-house video content along with industry-related topics. It would also entail creating and managing a community of content writers and improving the company's reports. If you are familiar with producing online content and have a keen eye for detail, along with a desire to work in a team environment, then you are the one we are looking for

Your ultimate role will be to help in delivering quality writing pieces that help with the knowledge transfer process at Favcy, along with improving reports and the creation of a community of content writers who write seamless and eye-catching content.

**Location**: Remote/Gurugram

**Duration**: 6 months

**Responsibilities**

1. Creating and managing content for the knowledge/content management platform.
2. Ideation/creation and improvement of the company’s reports.
3. Creating a community of content writers.
4. Research industry-related topics (combining online sources and studies).
5. Collaborate with our team throughout the planning, research, and brainstorming process.
6. Update the website's content as and when needed.
7. Coordinate with the Project Lead and Manager for input and approval.
8. Prepare well-structured drafts and formats for the role assigned.
9. Adhere to brand guidelines/tonality and complete projects according to deadlines.

10. Ability to communicate well with others and maintain a professional demeanor.

11. Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
12. Strong creative and analytical skills.

13. Identify platform-wise needs and gaps in our content and recommend changes.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven work experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role.
2. Compelling Portfolio of published articles, blog posts, or any other related content writing work.
3. Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
4. Hands-on experience with Google Docs and magazines/newsletter software.
5. Ability to meet deadlines.
6. Adept at online promotions, editing tools, and designing software for online blogs and articles, if necessary.
