**Job Description**:

- **Expertise in Installation and Configuration activities using Dynamics AX 2012/D365.**:

- **Configuring and Maintaining Dynamics AX administrative tasks such as (AIF, User Management, Configuration and Deployment).**:

- **Expertise in Maintaining the Application Object Server (AOS).**:

- **Configuring SSRS Report Services and AX Configuration utility, Managing Enterprise Portal (Role centre) Help Server.**:

- **Taking Backup and Restoring Data bases, cloning environment using production copy.**:

- **Responsible for creating AOS/batch/and RDS cluster.**:

- **Very good knowledge of Dynamics AX architecture, model, modelstore and code layers.**:

- **Basic AD Administration and overall environment responsibility in multi-instance AX environment.**:

- **Maneging file shares, groups, file users and permission.**:

- **Managing batches, monitoring, and troubleshooting batch related issue, coordinating with SQL and functional team to troubleshoot issues and execute changes.**:

- **Deployment of code, fixes, and releases across Dynamics AX 2012/D360 environment.**:

- **Expertise in running DB sync, CLI, incremental CIL and fixing related issue.**:

- **Very good knowledge on managing users, roles, and permission.**

- **Microsoft Dynamics AX Admin**:

- **Dynamics AX 2012/D365 environments.**

**Secondary Skills**:

- **Having good admin knowledge in maintenance and support of Dynamics AX 2012/D365 environments.**:

- **Must have good working knowledge on Azure, AD file shares.**:

- **Basic knowledge on Protocols, ports, and Firewall permission**:

- **Good installation deployment knowledge in Windows Server 2012,2016, 2022, SQL databases.**:
