Sales Support Assistant

Ahmedabad, India Optimized Electrotech Pvt. Ltd. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist with data entry, lead management, and generating reports from the CRM system.
- Assist in creating, formatting, and proofreading sales documents (Quotations), including presentations, proposals, contracts, dashboards and reports.
- Organize and maintain sales-related documents and files.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the sales team.
- Compile sales data and assist in generating reports, analyzing key performance metrics, and identifying trends and opportunities.
- Support the sales team in tracking and achieving sales targets and goals.
- Getting the reports from sales team or any other stake holders and submitting it as per the requirement

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
