- Conduct counseling sessions to support employee mental health and well-being.
- Assess and address behavioral issues, providing practical solutions to enhance workplace harmony.
- Develop and deliver training programs aimed at improving employee skills and organizational productivity.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies that promote a positive organizational culture.

Qualifications: Degree in Psychology

**Preferred Certifications**:

- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
- Transactional Analysis (TA)
