We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our digital marketing efforts, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing performance across various online channels.
**Responsibilities**:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize ROI.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing return on investment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Testing and Optimization: Implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad creatives, targeting, and messaging for optimal performance.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: Proven track record in performance marketing with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
- Digital Advertising Platforms: Proficiency in managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant channels.
- PPC Campaign Management & Performance Marketing,
- E-Commerce Marketing (Must), SEO, SMM, SEM etc.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations for optimization.
- Budgeting: Experience in managing marketing budgets effectively to achieve performance goals.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and present findings to stakeholders.
- Results-Driven: A passion for achieving measurable results and continuous improvement in campaign performance.
**Education**:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
