**Responsibilities**:

- Manage classroom activities
- Teach using different teaching materials and techniques
- Maintain and update attendance records
- Promote interactive learning
- Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom
- Assess and record students’ progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and the team and participate in regular meetings

Skills Required
- Must have prior experience of working as a primary school teacher
- Must have a good command over the English language
- Open to training and learning the Aarunya methodology
- Open to teaching first generation learners
- Must be creative, energetic, enthusiastic and patient
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience - Minimum of 2 years

**Salary**: Rs. 20000/- per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
